By the end of 2015, Halifax had moved from 7<sup>th<\/sup> to 4<sup>th<\/sup> place. The Chamber attributes this remarkable success to the business community\u2019s \u201cgrowth champions\u201d. Recently the Chamber recognized Green Power Labs CEO, Dr. Alexandre Pavlovski as its newest Growth Champion. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to be awarded this recognition\u201d said Marlene Moore, VP Marketing at Green Power Labs. \u201cWe certainly support the idea of growth champions as we firmly believe new graduates and new Canadians are instrumental in driving our company\u2019s innovation in the emerging field of managing the transition to a cleaner, more efficient energy future,\u201d Moore added. \u201cThe diversity of knowledge, of personal backgrounds creates a unique space in our company.
