The ISO 9000 family addresses various aspects of quality management and contains some of ISO\u2019s best known standards. The standards provide guidance and tools for companies who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer\u2019s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Led by the company\u2019s Chief Engineer, Jim Fletcher, MASc, PEng, PMP, Green Power Labs\u2019 research, technical and management teams have developed and successfully implemented quality management principles to deliver consistent, quality outcomes for clients\u2019 projects and services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cConsistent, daily use of monitoring mechanisms means delivering quality products and services is on our agenda every day. And it allows our team to respond quickly and positively to issues that may arise.
