Canada’s Ambassador for Climate Change Meets with Green Power Labs Inc.

Canada’s clean and sustainable technology industry employs over 55,600 people with total revenues from this industry over $12 billion. Recently Canada’s Ambassador for Climate Change, Patricia Fuller, met with Green Power Labs’ CEO Dr. Alexandre Pavlovski who was invited to chat informally about the company’s advancements in predictive energy management for buildings. “Excellent discussion” commented Pavlovski. “As one of over 800 SME technology companies in Canada, we are very supportive of our country’s ambitious plans to transition to a low-carbon, clean-growth economy” he added. Green Power Labs’ has been working and developing technology in the clean energy space since 2004. “With the recent release of our predictive controls’ technology for commercial buildings, it is possible to achieve up to 40% reduction in energy costs and related carbon emissions” Pavlovski said. “ Our technology has the potential to significantly support the objectives of the Pan-Canadian Framework on Clean Growth and Climate Change.”

Ms. Fuller was appointed Climate Change Ambassador on World Environment Day. Ms. Fuller’s role is to advise on how Canada can best advance its climate change priorities on the world stage.
