EUROGIA 2020 welcomes Green Power Labs Inc. President and CEO, Dr. Alexandre Pavlovski, P.Eng to its Board. Shown is Eurogia President, Dr. Sinem Altuncu and Pavlovski at the Board’s most recent meeting in Amsterdam. “We are honored to be joining leading energy technology companies such as GE, Acciona Energy, Bureau Veritas, CARDTEK, DCNS Energy and many others to determine day-to-day execution of Eurogia’s programme and guide the team in selection and evaluation of project proposals” commented Pavlovski.
He added “EUROGIA’s 2020 goal is to support and promote international partnerships developing innovative projects in low-carbon energy technologies. This is very much aligned with our vision and Green Power Labs is pleased to be working with international partners in Spain and Turkey.”
Eurogia2020is a cluster of the EUREKA network, a decentralized intergovernmental initiative started in 1985 to enhance European competitiveness by supporting businesses, research centers and universities that take part in trans-national projects. It addresses all innovative energy technologies that will reduce the carbon footprint of energy production and use and develop new technologies for energy such as solar, wind, biomass, geothermal and energy efficiency.
